Diggs Miracle Care of Volusia and Flagler Counties, Inc.

Diggs provides counseling and support to clients and their families. If needed, we will accompany clients to their appointments, visit clients who are hospitalized, make calls on behalf of our clients and anything necessary to make certain that all clients receive a quality health care experience.

Diggs is certified by the Florida State Department of Health to do HIV/AIDS counseling and testing. All testing is free and confidential. We also provide pre-test counseling, post-test counseling and referrals if necessary.

Diggs provides clients with transportation to and from medical appointments in the Volusia and Flagler County areas. Due to the limited availability of our van, clients and/or providers should notify Diggs at least 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made in advance.

Diggs provides HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention education. We distribute free condoms and literature in an effort to promote safe sex.

Within the HIV-positive population, an estimated 50-70%of individuals smoke.  With new antiretroviral regimens, HIV-positive individuals are now living longer. As longevity increases, HIV-positive individuals are more vulnerable to both the long- and short-term impact of cigarette smoking. 

Diggs provides educational materials and referrals to local smoking cessation programs to enable clients to successfully quit smoking.

Diggs provides immediate assistance to individuals who are homeless or about to become homeless.  Our motto is stable home, stable health.
